"My grandfather Harry Poole (1891 - 1966) lived at Jubilee Cottage Fradswell from approx 1928 - 1952. He was a gamekeeper working in Staffordshire for the Earl of Shrewsbury, then for a Mr Harrison at Chartley and then for Lord Nelson of Hicote Hall. I have photographs of Fradswell and his diaries which doubtless recall various local characters. If anyone is interested in my findings or could tell me more about the area, I would love to hear from them.
